Here's the point: We have them and they can be found EVERYWHERE—walls! The walls that I am talking about, are the walls that you see everyday making up the four corners of your bedroom.
It may seem strange to view the walls of your bedroom as a "functional piece" of fitness equipment, but it's TRUE — your walls can be conveniently used for exercise !
